The Town's Planner oversees the planning and coordination of events downtown, from parades and festivals to musical performances and holiday activities. Big Glades Community Square, an amphitheater and event facility completed in late summer 2011, is available for lease, subject to availability and approval by the appropriate parties. If you'd like to apply for use of the facility, please print and fill in the following form, then bring it to the Town of Wise Municipal Building at 501 West Main Street.
Other events, such as parades or gatherings in public spots, like the town's Gateway Garden park, still require communication with and approval by the appropriate town officials. The following form, if printed, filled in and brought to the town's Municipal Building, is the appropriate way to seek permission for your event.
