The Human Resources Department supports the Town of Wise in its mission by providing courteous and effective Human Resource services to employees, administration, and citizens.  

The department oversees recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and employee training programs.  The goal is to foster a positive work environment and ensure fair treatment for all employees, while upholding the Town's mission and values.
