Water Billing Issues

During a Special Called Meeting of the Wise Town Council on October 8, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Council took the following action:

To correct billing issues that have been identified with the October water bills, if your October bill is higher than your September bill, your account will be credited to reflect the September billing amount and penalties for payments received after October 15, 2025 for the October water billing period will be waived.  The billing issues have been corrected and will not affect future water billing.
